  • Personally, I fear these type of products. I have learned over the years, and I won't tout myself as an expert by any means, but my own experience has shown that moderate use of vitamins/supplements provides a little health boost that is sometimes needed.

    Proper diet and exercise being the best way to maintain your good health.
  • I agree, diet and exercise are really the best; also, I use all-natural creams like Joint Medic. I try to avoid all pills as much as possible!
  • I guess my personal use of chondroitin and the relief it has provided my knees is just the placebo effect? Oh well, just another fool wasting his money.
